Brit Olympic diving hot piece Tom Daley shows off his fit bod in promo stills for his reality TV show Splash – where celebrities are challenged to learn how to dive.

The 18-year-old told reporters:

“Once you’re up there, there is no turning back. If you freak out, you freak out on live TV. You’ll see lots of smacks and wallops.

“People think diving’s easy because divers who’ve done it for a long time make it look like that – but it is very far from easy. It is a very psychological sport. Half the battle is getting over the fear factor.”

Splash premieres on Saturday on UK’s ITV1.
