Joey Lawrence plays a shirtless assassin in this Oscar dark horse called Hit List, filmed entirely on an iPhone 3 camera. Kidding. I have to emphasis that I was joking because once you see the trailer, you really will believe it was shot on an iPhone.

I think I know who missed the casting call for Killers.

Here’s the premise:

Charlotte (Shirly Brener) is a woman with anger management issues whose therapist suggests she write a journal to keep her emotions in check. Unlucky in love, she ventures online to find a boyfriend. Just as she reaches her limit of unsuccessful dates, Charlotte meets her soul mate Lyle (Joey Lawrence). Everything is perfect until Lyle finds Charlotte’s journal and sets out to prove just how deeply he loves her.

According to IMDB, Hit List hits theaters March 12, 2012.

Whoa! Joey Lawrence snapped his sexy self–framing only a tittay and a half–then posted the image to his Twitter page Saturday.

Hey, take what you can get.

“Beach time,” he wrote in the caption. The 35-year-old is currently on holiday in Hawaii with family while his ABC Family series Mellisa & Joey ( co-starring Melissa Joan Hart) is on a break.
